A small team,
with agents on it from day one.
A team of a few people already building with Claude Code or Codex, and pasting context into it by hand every day, is choosing its workspace now. Choose the one built for agents to work in as members of the team, so every decision you write down in a channel or a document is one they can build from.

The cost
What the work costs
before Together
The founder is the copy-paste layer, carrying decisions from the chat app into every coding agent's prompt.
Five subscriptions before the first customer, each with an assistant that knows only its own corner.
Agents that start from nothing each session, because what the team decided lives in people's heads and old threads.
With Together
What changes
Agents as members
Give an agent a name and a place in the channels it should hear. It answers what is meant for it, named or not, and keeps its instructions in an AGENTS.md that changes when the team tells it how to work.
Your coding agents, briefed
One install teaches Claude Code, Codex or pi to search the workspace, read a spec and its threads, and post back where the team talks. Any MCP client gets the same tools.
Everything a small team runs on
Channels, documents, sheets and projects in one product, with one Google sign-in and one bill.
Written down from the start
Decisions live in threads and documents agents can read, so the sixth hire and the next coding session start from the same record.
In practice
How it plays out
for a team like yours
Day one
Mara signs up with Google, invites Tomas, Priya and Jonas, and adds Scout to #product and #launch. Priya runs together skill install so her Claude Code can read the workspace.
Week three
Tomas decides in #product that a free team keeps its projects after the trial ends. On Thursday Priya asks Claude Code to fix how trials end; it finds his message, builds to it and posts what it changed in the thread.
Month four
The sixth hire asks Scout on her first morning why trials keep projects. Scout answers with Tomas's message from week three, and her own coding agent reads the same thread before her first change.
