watchglass makes Together. We watched good teams lose hours every week briefing their agents, and the agents build from whatever they were pasted, so we built a workspace where the agents are members of the team and read the same record as everyone else.
Our story
Every team we worked in ran its work across chat, a tracker, docs, a calendar and calls, and paid people to keep them in step. Then agents arrived, and one engineer with a coding agent could do the work of ten, right up to the moment the agent needed something only the team knew. We built Together so that a team's context lives where every person and agent can read it, and the gain multiplies across the whole team.
How we work
The plan, the half-finished draft and the open question go where the team can see them, because what no one can see, no one can help with. Open means open to the team; permissions still decide who reads what.
The plan, the decision and the check go where an agent can read and run them: the repository, the docs and the tests. What exists only in a memory can't be picked up by anyone else.
Our job is keeping the work and its context organized and current. Once it is, teammates and agents pick it up and fly, without asking anyone to explain it again.
An agent gets a name, a token and a record. What it does carries its name and the name of whoever asked.
Our apps, our agents and your scripts all use the same API, and every change through it is safe to repeat. When an agent can't do something a person can, we add a call, never a side door.
Everything derived cites what it came from, goes stale when that changes, and is readable only by those who may read all of it. Broad context never becomes broad authority.
