Together

Solutions

Routine work,
done from what actually happened.

Ask for a Monday update, a reminder or a check whenever something changes, in the words you would use with a colleague. The agent you ask runs it when it comes due and reads the week's channels, documents and sheets first, so what it posts comes from the work itself.

The cost

What the work costs
before Together

The Monday update is put together by hand from four tools, usually by the person with the least time.

Rules that match a field or a keyword with no idea what the message they matched was about.

Follow-ups that happen only when someone remembers them.

With Together

What changes

Set up in a sentence

Say what should happen and when. The agent sets it up, reads it back to you in plain words, and posts where you asked when it comes due.

On a time, a schedule or an event

Once on Thursday, every Monday at nine in your time zone, or each time someone in #checkout says blocker or a row in the hiring sheet changes stage.

It reads before it writes

Each run starts from what happened since the last one, so the update names the decision, the date that moved and the thread both came from.

Held to whoever set it

Every routine is listed with who set it up. It posts only where they may post and reads only what they may read.

In practice

How it plays out
for a team like yours

Friday, 17:30

Mara writes in #team: “Scout, every Monday at nine, post what shipped last week, what slipped and what is waiting on someone, with links.” Scout reads it back in one line and sets it.

Wednesday, 10:02

Priya adds one of her own: whenever someone in #checkout says blocker, Scout replies in the thread with the last decision that touched that part of checkout.

Monday, 9:00

The update posts on time. The plan picker shipped, the refund flow moved to Thursday after the provider's outage, and Jonas's help article waits on Tomas, each line linked to the message behind it.
