Many clients,
one memory.
A studio runs a dozen projects for a dozen clients, each with its own history. In Together each client has its own channels, documents and sheets, and an agent working on an account reads that client's context and nothing from any other.

The cost
What the work costs
before Together
Every client in a different tool of their choosing.
Producers reassembling feedback by hand before every call.
An assistant that mixes up two clients' briefs because both were pasted into the same chat.
With Together
What changes
A space per client
Channels, projects and documents for each client, with access set once for the people on that account.
Briefs with history
Documents with named versions, so any decision can be explained a year later.
Agents held to the account
An agent working for a client reads only what the people on that account may read, so a draft never borrows from another client's brief.
Replies drafted from the record
Ask the agent to answer a client from the brief and the last call; you edit and send.
In practice
How it plays out
for a team like yours
Monday
A client changes the brief on a call. Tomas posts the change in the client's channel, and Scout comments on the two lines of the brief it touches.
Tuesday
Before the next call, Scout gathers that client's brief and the feedback still open, and nothing from any other client.
A year later
The client asks why the homepage changed direction. Mara asks Scout, which answers with the decision, who made it and the thread where it was said, long after the project lead moved on.
