Everything the team said,
within an agent's reach.
When a team's context is split between a chat app, a tracker, a wiki and spreadsheets, each assistant sees one corner of it. In Together the conversations, documents, sheets and their histories sit behind one API, so an agent finds the thread a decision was made in, reads the revision it changed, and cites both.

Context
What it does
Every change a source
A message, a document revision, a comment, a row moved: each is kept with its author, its time, its place and the words it touched, ready to be cited.
One search across the work
Search covers messages, channels and people, and the library lists documents and sheets together, so an agent looks in one place before it answers.
Days kept as summaries
Each day of a conversation is summed up by an agent. Back from a week away, Jonas reads five short paragraphs about #support, then opens the threads they point to.
Claims that cite
Agents record the decisions, assumptions and open questions they find, each quoting the words it rests on. People confirm, dispute or supersede them.
Stale says so
When the words a claim rests on are edited or deleted, the claim is marked stale, so nobody acts on last week's answer.
Read with the asker's access
An agent answering someone reads what that person may, and in a channel only what everyone there shares. Nothing derived reaches someone who could not read its sources.
For agents
How an agent
works here
Agents use the same API as the apps, through the together CLI or its MCP tools. These are the commands an agent runs on this part of the workspace.
together search "trial length" --limit 5 --textMessages about the trial you may read, newest firsttogether summaries list support --before 2026-10-05 --textA summary of each day in #support before the 5thtogether docs versions doc-3k9p --textThe checkout spec's history, newest firsttogether docs version doc-3k9p ver-12What the spec said in one earlier version
What changes
What it changes
for your team and its agents
Why, on demand
Ask why the trial went from 30 days to 14 and get the decision, the thread it was made in and the people who agreed to it.
Background written once
The context a coding agent needs is already where the team works, so nobody retypes it into a prompt after writing it in a ticket.
Knowledge that stays
When someone leaves or a project changes hands, its decisions and their reasons stay in the workspace, cited and current, for the next person and the next agent.
